The Muffle Furnace EZL-MF104 is a 36 L high-precision furnace with a solid ceramic chamber for hardening, loosening, normalizing, and other thermal processes up to 1200°C. It has a graded insulating system made of high purity ceramic fiber. The well-known digital PID controller gives you precise temperature control and makes this equipment simple to operate. It heats materials directly using the very effective heaters on all four sides of the chamber. This fantastic feature drastically reduces the time it takes for the temperature to rise. It has a one-of-a-kind safety feature to keep it from overheating and shorting out.
